As God’s Encounter Facilitator, Dr. Patty Sadallah is a disciple maker, author, speaker, podcaster and ministry leader. She is passionate about helping Christians to experience God personally so they can live by faith in Jesus and partner with the Holy Spirit to fulfill their God-given purposes.

With a Ph.D. in Christian Leadership and Discipleship from Christian Leadership University and more than forty years of ministry and leadership experience, she has helped individuals, teams, and organizations discern God's direction, grow spiritually, and move forward in alignment with His plans.

Patty equips believers to hear God's voice, experience deeper intimacy with Jesus, and develop practical skills that produce lasting spiritual fruit and Kingdom impact. She served as a professor at Christian Leadership University, where she mentored doctoral students preparing for lives of ministry and leadership for ten years.
